The Alberta Housing Industry Technical Committee`s (AHITC) goal is to identify, prioritize, investigate, and develop solutions to technical issues impacting the residential construction industry.

AHITC is made up of builder representatives from each regional association, the Alberta New Home Warranty Program, CMHC, Alberta Municipal Affairs, the cities of Edmonton and Calgary, and other stakeholders.
