Annual General Meeting packages are distributed prior to the conference. Included in the package is a voting card for each CHBA - Alberta member. Make sure to bring your voting card with you to make your opinion count. Hear a presentation by CHBA - Alberta President followed by a keynote speaker. |

On Friday evening, CHBA - Alberta hosts the Awards of Excellence in Housing, Alberta's top housing honours. Builders from across the province are presented awards for the best houses from each category. This prestigious event caps off with a champagne receptions to congratulate all the winners.
This year at the Awards of Excellence in Housing two new powerful awards reflecting the voice of the customer: the J.D. Power and Associates Highest Customer Satisfaction Awards and The Alberta New Home Warranty Program's New Homebuyers Choice Awards will be presented. |

Industry Leaders Breakfast

After an evening of builder awards, this breakfast honours trade and suppliers from across the province for their work over the past year. Not only are these industry members recognized but so are outstanding volunteers, COR and SECOR recipients and the PHBIA Crystal Awards winners. |

As the conference draws to a close, the final evening is to honour the hard work and commitment of the outgoing CHBA - Alberta President, Vince Laberge. The CHBA - Alberta President is a voluntary role which begins a couple years prior to their term as President and ends this evening as they pass the reigns to the Vice President. |
