CHBA - Alberta Annual General Meeting
Notice of meeting: The Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association - Alberta will be held on Friday, September 17, 2010. The meeting package to the members will be mailed out in August which will contain the following:
Voting and Proxies
A member entitled to vote at the meeting may choose to appoint another person as the member’s proxy to attend and vote for the member at the meeting. CHBA – Alberta must receive your written permission for proxy by 12:00 noon on Friday, September 10, 2010. An email message addressed to info@chbaalberta.ca will be valid.
Voting Card
Your voting card will be available at the BUILD 2010 Conference registration desk in Jasper. If you are not attending the conference but intend to attend the AGM, the voting card will be available at the AGM registration desk. | Tuesday, July 20, 2010
