CHBA – Alberta Announces Alberta Awards of Excellence in Housing Winners
The Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Alberta (CHBA – Alberta) is proud to announce the recipients of the 2011 Alberta Awards of Excellence in Housing presented by RBC Royal Bank.
White Eagle Homes of Edmonton has been awarded the coveted Ralph Scurfield Builder of the Year Award. This is White Eagle Homes’ first time winning the Ralph Scurfield Builder of the Year Award. They had five entries that placed in the finals and two winning submissions. To win the prestigious Ralph Scurfield Builder of the Year Award, entrants were awarded points for becoming a finalist, a winner, in combination with results from a homeowner survey.
CHBA – Alberta Chief Executive Officer Jim Rivait said, “The home builders and renovators shone at the Alberta Awards of Excellence in Housing. With record-breaking submissions, these builders and renovators had plenty of competition. It is evident from the group of finalists that homebuyers have access to a wealth of options to meet any of their needs. We are delighted to congratulate the noteworthy finalists and winners and are honoured to celebrate with them. It is my pleasure to present this year’s winners of Alberta Awards of Excellence in Housing.”
Finalists for the Builder of the Year Award were Jayman MasterBUILT of Calgary and Rohit Communities of Edmonton. Jayman MasterBUILT of Calgary had four finalists and Rohit Communities of Edmonton had three and they each took home one award this year.
